The 12th edition will take place from July 13th to 25th and auditions will begin soon to grant scholarships

Hi everybody! Welcome! Immersed in the Christmas celebrations and in full annual balance, Valencia Endanza 2020 starts, full of illusions, expectations and energy. But before starting with the good news, the team led and coordinated by Pilar Martí and Diego Brichese would like to thank each and every one of the 180 participants of this year’s edition that is about to expire. We hope that the experience of Valencia Endanza has served to enrich you personally and professionally.

Year after year,  Valencia Endanza team works hard to offer you the best training offer, bringing together a faculty of international prestige such as the teachers of the latest edition( Wim Broeckx, Olga Melnikova, Samantha Raine, Irina Zaviolaova and Nicola Tranah in Classical dance, and Daniel Doña and Cristian Martín in Spanish dance), which took place at IES Abastos, last July. In  Valencia endanza we  enrich the formation also  with Masterclasses from  dancers and other outstanding professionals, to take the current pulse of this art and profession, such as those offered by the Principal dancer of the Amsterdam Het Nationale Ballet Anna Tsygankova and Arantxa Carmona, giving a Masterclass in Spanish Folklore. In addition, we are committed to offer specific training with our methodology courses with Dinna Bjørn (Bournonville technique) and Maribel Gallardo (Spanish dance).

Above all, we think that the experience of going onstage is an important part of Valencia Endanza, so our Final Gala is the best way of closing the International Course. In addition, we love that this joint effort crystallized in the Closing Gala of Valencia Endanza (Espai La Rambleta) has an impact on Aspanion (Association of parents of children with cancer in the Valencian Community). Again, we would like to congratulate each and every one of the participants who obtained a scholarship and a national or international stay. Hopefully it will serve as a springboard for a promising future ballet dancer.

And of course, we want to thank the audience who attended and enjoyed our Final Gala. Nor do we want to forget about the collaborators whose contribution is indispensable to carry out Valencia Endanza: Culturarts, the Valencia City Council, AISGE, Pallardó, Pianos Clemente, Wear Moi and Arte Libera.

Looking back  in December through the past year that is about to end is a very common human behavior, but you never have to loose the perspective of looking forward into the future. With that intention, we are glad to announce that the 12th edition of Valencia Endanza will take place from July 13th to 25th next year. In addition, auditions will be held to grant scholarships in Valencia, Seville, Barcelona, ​​Madrid, and some international surprise, which we will announce soon.
